8:00 Meet at Zhongshan park

13:00 Check-in. Try to put your phone away until the evening.

Enjoy swimming in the pool, get tanned, just relax!

19:30 Singing bowls 7 chakras healing session

8:00 Breakfast, silent retreat starts: we put our phones away and don’t talk until 8 pm!

9:30 Pranayama and morning yoga flow

11:00 Free time to relax by the swimming pool

13:00 Lunch

14:30 Drive to see a small green blue lake in bamboo forest. 

15:30 Meditation in bamboo forest, reconnect with the nature.

16:30 Go back to the guesthouse

17:00 Yogic streching

18:00 Dinner 

19:30 Candle light meditation

20:00 End of silence, sharing experiences by bonfire

07:00 Morning yoga flow

08:00 Breakfast and check out. Try to put your phone away.

09:00 Hiking in bamboo forest to the viewpoint, enjoy the view.

13:00 Lunch

14:00 Go back to Shanghai

19:30 Arrive to Shanghai, Zhongshan park*
