Deposit and final payments
Your payment is not deemed made until WannaTravel receives it.
A non-refundable deposit is required for us to reserve space for you once you have made the reservation. The amount of the deposit depends on the price of the trip.
Final payments are usually made during the trip.
The reservation deposit charge per person is included in your total quotation. We will deduct the reservation deposit charge from the total quotation when you pay off the balance amount. The transfer charge is on your own.
The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you have read the Terms and Conditions of wannatravel.com, and that you have accepted them.
Invoice is not included in the price of the trip.
in case of cancelation, the deposit is not refundable and cannot be used for another trip unless the replacement has been provided.
Participation and group size
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, WannaTravel has the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by WannaTravel, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of travelling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. WannaTravel will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that WannaTravel will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
WannaTravel is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered its website, including transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations.
The carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with WannaTravel or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by WannaTravel are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.
If, after tour departure, the services included in the tour cannot be supplied, or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of WannaTravel, we will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by travellers and any resulting saving will be refunded by WannaTravel to tour participants.
WannaTravel reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever WannaTravel deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.
The tour participant agrees that neither WannaTravel nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, or any insurer or insurance administrator of the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person.
Legal proceedings against WannaTravel may be instituted only in a court within the Peoples Republic of China, and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Any legal proceedings against WannaTravel must be commenced within 180 days following the date of tour completion. Neither WannaTravel nor any affiliate shall in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and you hereby waive any right to punitive damages.
No person, other than an authorised representative of WannaTravel by a document in writing, is authorised to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this website, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
